WHAT IS RETURNABLE? Because Vibrant Skin sells medical grade products, all Vibrant Skin brand, and third-party brand product(s) sales are final. The following items are non-returnable for product(s) replacement:

• Opened products
• Products in boxes or bottles with broken seals
• Items not purchased at com/shop
• Items without an order number or packing slip
• Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a Vibrant Skin Gift Card (final sales)
