- Be conscious of your thoughts. Thoughts become things. Choose the good ones.
- Stay is the state of Gratitude. Gratitude is one of the quickest ways to amp up your vibration.
- Eat High-Vibe Food. Everything you consume is life force energy. If you eat a lot of “dead” energy (in the form of meat, fried, or processed food), you will lower your vibration. By eating nutrient-dense, local and organic fruits and vegetables, your body literally absorbs these wavelengths and you will become lighter, more vibrant, and feel more alive.
- Meditation. Turning inward for just 10 minutes will help to raise your vibration instantly so you can enjoy benefits without delay.
- High-Vibe Music, TV, Books, and Movies. Be sure your entertainment is of high vibration. The experience you have while reading or watching a show should be uplifting and happy not sad and depleting. Your body will release neurotransmitters that coincide with the experience. Take note of the type of language, music this can release or suppress cortisol and have a direct impact on your well-being.
