How quickly will someone respond?
A coordinator replies within one business day — usually within a few hours during clinic hours. Submit any time; we triage in the order received.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
Not at all. Tell us what you’d like to address — we’ll suggest a few options at consultation and you decide. The conversation is free either way.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, no card on file, no pressure. If you don’t want to proceed, you owe us nothing — that simple.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
Absolutely. We encourage it for first visits, especially for injectables. Two sets of ears beats one.
Do you take insurance?
Cosmetic services are private-pay. Hormone replacement and select wellness services may be reimbursable through your HSA / FSA — we provide an itemized superbill on request.
How do I reach you outside hours?
